Pinnaclo creates premium streetwear inspired by pinnacle emotional moments from iconic television shows. All designs are original, transformative artwork created in collaboration with independent artists.

2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product description.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other methods made available through Shopify.
Taxes and shipping fees are calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery
All items are made-to-order and printed through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for current production times, shipping estimates, and policies.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because our products are custom-made for each customer, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@pinnaclo.com with your order number and photos. We will work with you to provide an exchange or store credit where appropriate.
