Production Time: 2–5 business days (each item is custom printed after you order)
Shipping Time:
United States: 3–8 business days after production
Canada / Europe: 5–12 business days after production
International: 7–20 business days after production (varies by country)
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Track directly from your order confirmation.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer standard and expedited options where available.
We partner with Printful’s global network of printing facilities to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are typically shipped from the facility closest to you to reduce transit time and environmental impact.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we do NOT offer returns. This helps us maintain the highest quality standards and avoid unnecessary production waste.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a printing or fulfillment error, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit for the full value.
To make a claim:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@pinnaclo.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We’ll review and resolve it promptly
